Come viene calcolato?
Prendiamo le previsioni fatte da ogni modello un giorno prima e le confrontiamo, ora per ora, con ciò che la stazione meteo adatta più vicina ha davvero misurato: temperatura, velocità del vento e precipitazione giornaliera.
