Come viene calcolato?
Prendiamo le previsioni fatte da ogni modello un giorno prima e le confrontiamo, ora per ora, con ciò che la stazione meteo adatta più vicina ha davvero misurato: temperatura, velocità del vento e precipitazione giornaliera. Per ognuna calcoliamo l’errore medio di ogni modello e lo confrontiamo con la media di tutti i modelli. Il modello con il punteggio complessivo più basso è il primo. La stazione è scelta perché vicina e a una quota simile al tuo punto, e le previsioni sono calcolate per la quota della stazione: è un confronto equo.
